The hotel I recently visited, nestled in the serene Twente countryside near the borders, embodied all elements I cherish in a perfect retreat.The expansive apartment, set within a beautifully restored historic building, exuded charm and character. Surrounded by lush trees and graceful horses roaming the fields, the setting was truly idyllic. The warm hospitality of the hosts added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel right at home.From the ample breakfast spread featuring fresh fruit, warm bread, and local cheeses to the opportunity for scenic hikes and bike tours just outside the doorstep, every aspect of my stay was meticulously curated for comfort and delight. It was a truly enchanting escape, and I left feeling thoroughly content and rejuvenated.
